2. Accounts & Subscriptions
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Subscription plans (Starter, Studio, Business) renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Fees are billed in advance and are non‑refundable except as required by law.
3. Content You Upload
You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store and display that content solely to provide the Service to you. You confirm that you have the rights necessary to upload and edit the content you submit, and that it does not infringe any third‑party rights or applicable law.
4. Prohibited Uses
- Uploading unlawful, infringing, defamatory or sexually explicit content involving minors.
- Attempting to reverse‑engineer, decompile or disrupt the Service.
- Using the Service to violate any applicable local, national or international law.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, templates, backgrounds, design and branding, is owned by Background Erazer Studio or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you.
6. Free Consultations
Free consultation bookings made through our website are subject to availability and do not guarantee any specific outcome, pricing or service commitment until a separate written agreement is signed.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non‑infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Background Erazer Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
